The technician called to let me know that he was 10 minutes away from my house. He did a thorough inspection of my attic. What I thought was a squirrel ended up only being mice. I was told when I booked the appointment that there would be no charge if it was mice. The technician was at my house for an hour and even though he put quite a few bait packets in the attic I was not charged for anything. He also told me where to purchase the bait and how to distribute it if I have problems with mice in the future.

We were told by another pest control company that we had a colony of bats in our attic & given a quote of $3200 to get rid of them. We wanted another quote & had Lee do a home inspection for us. After a very thorough inspection, Lee found no bats & no evidence of bats ever being in our attic. He saved us $3200 & a great deal of worry. We greatly appreciate his honesty & highly recommend his services. I have reported the other company to the BBB & urge you to be careful in selecting a specialized pest control company. We were shown pictures of bats in someoneâ s attic but apparently not ours. Thank you, Lee.

I have had moles twice this year. On both instances Lee (the owner of the company) came out himself. He immediately set his traps and within one on one occasion and overnight the next he had successfully trapped the moles destroying my yard. I would recommend this company as the very best for any type of nuisance wildlife critter you may be having problems with.

We had mice in the wall in one of our bedrooms and also had raccoons in the ceiling over our screened in back porch. They did a fantastic job taking care of the situation, coming back several times checking everything out. and repairing the soffit where the raccoons were getting in and setting traps outside for the mice near the vents for the crawl space. Seems like everything is taken care of and we haven't heard anything since. The price was more than reasonable. We would highly recommend this service.
